As said earlier I am an active member of Haugesunds Barne og Ungdomsteater. I've been a member since I was 5. So every year we have a big play, which we perform in "Festiviteten". Festiviteten is Haugesunds larges stage, with room for 500 people in the audience. This year we had the play Putti Plutti Pott, written by Per Asplin, a Norwegian play writer. The story is about a young santa, who "borrows" Santa Claus's magic beard, and with it he travels to a normal "human" familiy. And then the story follows the little santa boy when he, along with Yncle Per, Petter and Karoline, make their way back home to "Santa land".
I had the honour of playing the little Santa boy's mother, but the role can also be described as "Mrs. Clause".
I had such a great time doing this. But of course a lot of time was used to practice, and my life has been very hectic. But it was so worth it, seeing as I got to sing solo and act infront 500 people each show, and we had a total of 14!
